Timelines & Deliverables

Photography & Video

We deliver edited photos within 4 to 8 business days, depending on the volume and complexity of the session.
Video files are provided in 4K or Full HD format, based on your specific needs and distribution goals.

Websites

Custom websites are ready within 3 to 6 weeks — once we receive all necessary content.

All sites are responsive and work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Document Design

We complete most PDFs and print materials in 5 to 10 business days.

You’ll receive both print-ready and lightweight versions for email or download.

Conditions & Payment

Each project begins with a signed quote and a shared understanding.

For photography and video:
• A deposit is sometimes requested
• Final payment is due upon delivery

For web projects:
• A deposit secures the development slot
• Final payment is made before the site goes live

Technical Standards & File Delivery

Photography & Video

We deliver high-resolution images. If needed, we provide vertical crops or subtitled versions for social media.

Videos are tailored to your intended use — internal, public, or published.

Usage rights are always detailed in the contract.

Websites

We build custom WordPress sites with fully responsive layouts.

Hosting includes SSL, daily backups, and update monitoring.

We also help with domain name registration and email setup.

Print & PDF Design

We provide high-resolution PDFs plus lightweight versions for email.
When needed, we add interactive navigation (links, contents).

Files are created in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator. Editable versions are available if requested.
Fonts are either embedded or licensed. We can also coordinate with your printer directly.

Languages & Location

We work in English and French with clients in the U.S., Europe, and beyond.
Invoices are issued in USD, regardless of your location.
